Blow the Doors Down

Thank you,

Russell with RJ Energy Solutions for demonstrating the blower door test to the Heritage Homes team at our Georgetown II home in North Fargo! So much great information was shared about the process and benefits of this test. One thing we strive for, here at Heritage Homes, is to continually educate ourselves about each step of our process and truly understand our trades and all they have to offer. This is just one way we ensure the quality of our home is seamless! Numbers don’t lie and to be under standard by double is humbling.

Definition: A blower door is a machine used to measure the airtightness of buildings. It can also be used to measure airflow between building zones, to test ductwork airtightness and to help physically locate air leakage sites in the building envelope.
