We are beyond thrilled to announce that our fierce leader, Tyrone Leslie, was not only nominated for the ChamberChoice Entrepreneur of the Year Award but he won, too! We couldn’t agree more with the Fargo Moorhead West Fargo Chamber for awarding Tyrone this prestigious award. The values and passion he brings to work with him everyday are a true testament to his success and the success of his team.
Our Values –
We hold ourselves to the highest standards in caring for our clients, team members and community. Our commitment to quality, value and integrity is the underlying foundation upon which Tyrone has built Heritage Homes and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties. Passion is one of our strongest guiding principles. Our team exudes passion. You can hear it as you walk the halls of our office or when you step into a meeting with homeowners or team members. There is excitement, laughter, smiles and dedication. Our culture is second to none. Giving back to our community is equally as important. Our company has been involved in multiple givebacks to both local and national foundations, and local schools and charities. We have been very blessed as a company and feel giving back is important, and the feeling we get from giving back is immeasurable.
The Award –
The award finalists and winners were selected by a panel of independent judges from the regional business community, who evaluated accomplishments in the areas of business growth, innovation, creativity, community involvement and unique achievements relating to a specific business or industry. – Amanda Huggett – FMWF Chamber, Communications & Marketing Manager
A word from Tyrone –
“Wow! To be nominated for a third year in a row for the Entrepreneur of the Year ChamberChoice Award is more than I could have ever imagined. Although I own Heritage Homes, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties and Total Home Services, and am the leader, our team is my rock.
I have worked diligently to find the right people to help achieve the goals we set, year after year, and am proud to say we have been successful. It is not all easy, but it is worth it. My goal is to infuse fun in everything we do, while ensuring customers and our team, are met with professionalism and respect during every interaction. We are dedicated to making our clients dreams come true through an enjoyable journey and unparalleled service by not only our team, but the talented and skilled trade partners we have chosen.
I am grateful to be part of a community that is innovative and embraces entrepreneurship. My team and I make every effort to give back to the community through time, talent and treasure. We are large supporters on the United Way of Cass-Clay and the Sunshine Kids Foundation. Other organizations include the Red River Valley, Anne Carlsen Center, YWCA Cass Clay, Nokomis Child Care Centers, Rape and Abuse Crisis Center and many more. I am big believer in “to whom much is given, much is required,” and I live my life and run my businesses with that at the forefront.
I am also blessed to have a supportive family who instilled the entrepreneurship mindset in me at a young age. In 20 years, I know I haven’t seen it all. I welcome the challenges, triumphs and changes that are to come, because I know that is what makes businesses better.
I am deeply grateful for this award knowing I’m up against profound professionals and am so honored to accept this award. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” – Tyrone Leslie
