New Approach Derived From Customer Insights and Innovative Research

Fargo, ND (September 4, 2009) – The Fargo metro area’s first Woman-Centric model home, the “Victoria”, will open to the public Saturday September 12, 2009  in conjunction with the Fall Parade of Homes. Built by Heritage Homes, the “Victoria” is located in Charleswood in West Fargo.

Daryl Braham, Co-founder and President & CEO of Heritage Homes says, “With our Woman-Centric approach, we are taking a different view of homebuilding and presenting our homes in an entirely new way.  Combining the practical and the esthetic, these homes incorporate innovative amenities centered around de-stressing, storage and organization, entertaining and flexible living.”

According to Braham, their woman-centric homes offer new solutions based upon consumer input.  “Most of the feedback we’ve received in the past few years has been from women.  It’s women who have inspired us to develop new design solutions…to integrate new products in the home…and to redesign the systems, policies and procedures we use to create a remarkable customer experience.  That’s why we call these homes woman-centric. Not surprisingly, guys tell us they appreciate these features, too.”

In addition, Heritage Homes has re-designed many of the company’s systems, policies and procedures based upon women’s feedback.  Braham says, “Questions can arise out of misunderstandings, so we’ve focused on clear, regular client communications.  And we see our role somewhat differently than most builders, in that our job is to help our clients make wise, informed decisions regarding their new home investment—while being sensitive to their budget—helping them get the best new home value.”

Heritage Homes is the exclusive licensed Woman-Centric Matters!  homebuilder for the Fargo metro area.  Woman-Centric Matters!, a division of Design Basics of Omaha, NE, is a unique program and education platform that teaches businesses how to become remarkable by transforming their attitudes and practices based on the woman’s perspective.

At just over 4,200 square feet including the finished lower level, the “Victoria” is a delightful rambler style home built at 1924 7th Street East offered at $524,900.  Heritage offers other woman-centric homes starting at $145,000.
