New Approach Derived From Customer Insights and Innovative Research

Fargo, ND (May 8, 2009) – Heritage Homes becomes the area’s first and only Woman-Centric Homebuilder. Our woman-centric approach is based on feedback, mostly received from our women customers, and reflects their input, inspirations and preferences.  We’ve re-designed many of our homes, we’ve taken a new approach to selecting the products featured in our homes, and we’ve refined our policies and systems to create remarkable new home buying and building experiences

Tyrone Leslie, co-owner of Heritage Homes says, “With our Woman-Centric approach, we are taking a different view of homebuilding and presenting our homes in an entirely new way.  Combining the practical and the esthetic, these homes incorporate innovative amenities centered around de-stressing, storage and organization, entertaining and flexible living.  

According to Leslie, their woman-centric homes offer new solutions based upon consumer input.  “Almost all of the feedback we’ve received in the past few years has been from women.  It’s women who have inspired us to develop new design solutions…to integrate new products in the home…and to redesign the systems, policies and procedures we use to create a remarkable customer experience.  That’s why we call these homes woman-centric. Not surprisingly, guys tell us they appreciate these features, too.”

In addition, Heritage Homes has re-designed many of the company’s systems, policies and procedures based upon women’s feedback.  Co-founder and CEO Daryl Braham says, “Questions can arise out of misunderstandings, so we’ve focused on clear, regular client communications.  And we see our role somewhat differently than most builders, in that our job is to help our clients make wise, informed decisions regarding their new home investment—while while being sensitive to their budget—helping them get the best new home value.”
