Extreme Makeover: Home Edition Coming To Fargo-Moorhead

Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, the Emmy-award winning hit reality show on ABC Television, is coming to the Fargo-Moorhead area to surprise one deserving family with an extreme home makeover. With a goal to construct a new house in one week, local builder, Heritage Homes is reaching out to the community for support in helping this deserving family.

            This will be the third extreme homebuilding experience for Heritage Homes and many of their trades.  In 2006, Heritage Homes made the dreams come true for a the Bliven’s in Minot, ND and in 2007 were asked to partner with other builders from around the country to help Hurricane Katrina victims in New Orleans.

            A community pep rally, “Coming Together: A Fargo-Moorhead Community Build” will be held on September 27, 2010, at 6 pm at the Bison Sports Arena located at University Dr N & 17th Ave N in Fargo, ND.  Doors open at 5 pm.  Everyone is invited to attend this rally as the community is brought together for this exciting project.  Information on how to volunteer, donate and get involved will be provided along with the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition team.
